Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To do so, tell us before the 14 days expire:

Return window

  • 14 days from delivery to notify us.
  • A further 14 days from that notice to send the item back.

Condition

Items must be unused, undamaged and complete, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts.

You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a shop. If its value is reduced because you handled it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.

How to return

  1. Email us first with your order number. Do not ship anything back before contacting us.
  2. We confirm and send the return address within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack securely and ship back, ideally with tracking.
  4. We inspect and process your refund.

⚠️ Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Who pays return shipping

Option A: You cover the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it in full.

Option B: We cover return shipping on all returns and will send you a prepaid label.

Refunds

  • Processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
  • Refunded to your original payment method — we cannot refund to a different card or account.
  • We refund the full purchase price. As shipping is free, there is no delivery charge to refund.
  • Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Contact us immediately at biopo72@outlook.com with your order number and photos or a short video showing the problem. We arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Your 2-year legal guarantee

Separately from the withdrawal right, EU law gives you a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If a product is faulty or does not match its description you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, free of charge. This cannot be waived.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will cancel and refund in full.
