2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to order.
3. Products
We display products and colours as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your screen renders colours accurately. Images are illustrative; minor variations in packaging or finish may occur. All products are subject to availability — if an item becomes unavailable we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
4. Prices & payment
- Prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT.
- Shipping is free. No delivery charges are added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Prices may change, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
- If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund in full.

5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability, refunding you in full.

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including our EU consumer protection obligations.
11. Governing law
Belgian law governs these Terms, with jurisdiction in the competent Belgian courts. As a consumer you also retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and to use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

The version in force when you order is the version that applies to that order.
