Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once an ebook has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or unreadable
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase
